Volcano Lake

Turn at Bassetts on to Lakes Basin Road. Drive 1.2 miles to the Sardine/Packer Lake turn. Drive.2 miles and look for the dirt road on your left almost across from the Packer Lake turn off. Follow the dirt road, cross the stream, 1.2 miles and turn right uphill. There are two right turns, take the second one. It is about.2 miles to the lake and dead end. This is a four wheel drive dirt road with lots of brush. Full of small rainbow and very quiet.
