Do not miss the 5th annual Big City  Rod Run and Car Show, September 21-23,  2012 in Sierra City. Larry started the car show five summers ago and had a small group of folks bring up their cars. It has grown to over 100 cars, all vintages and types can be found. The day includes music at the little park in town, vendors, food and lots of cars. There will also be music at Sorroccos down the street in the evening. Cars are judged by respective businesses who buy a plaque and then give it to the car they like. I picked a 1973 stepside Chevy pick up this year. The pros (Larry) pick the overall winner, and there was even a prize for the best flames. It is low key, not as serious as the big car shows and a nice relaxing weekend.
