The peace and tranquility of mountain living can be yours at this unique vacation destination. Located above the meandering North Fork of the Yuba River in this historic mining town, the resort is situated beneath the towering Buttes of the Sierras. We have 11 cabins with different formats including river views, kitchens, whirlpool tubs and many other amenities. We have a main deck over the river that offers beautiful views of the river and the Buttes, a nice place to relax and if you rent all the rooms, a nice place for all guests to meet and bar-b-que. You will find an office/store/recreation room with a pool table, dart board, a library full of books for guests to take,DVD's free to guests, and a store with beer and wine, gourmet foods, gifts and goodies. If you are looking for 45 mountain lakes 10 minutes away, open vistas with no people around, the loudest noise being the river below and a friendly mountain Town then this is the place. You can actually walk to a mountain lake full of Brook Trout on July 4th and probably not see another soul. Give us a try, a change from Tahoe and Mammoth type resorts. You will be back.
